annual RAW WORLD: International Festival of Raw Food Enthusiasts. RAW WORLD promises to be the best raw food festival ever. Why? Because RAW WORLD offers you a plethora of activities,
educational programs, arts, and community, with raw vegan gourmet dining and live entertainment in the perfect setting—the beautiful white beaches and warm waters of Montezuma, Costa Rica.
Our morning starts with yoga by the pool, or possibly a sunrise beach walk to an exquisite waterfall that cascades into a natural fresh-water pool at the ocean's edge. On the other hand, you
may prefer to lounge in one of the many hammocks and watch the baby monkeys hold onto mom as she leaps from one tree to the next. By 9 AM you'll be ready for our tropical fruit breakfast buffet.
Every afternoon expect to have your mind blown when you taste the desserts we serve between
featured talks by world-renowned educators and culinary demonstrations by the Great Chefs of Living Light Culinary Arts Institute. Your festival package also includes a delicious gourmet meal each night at
the beautiful Ylang Ylang beach front restaurant as well as all festival classes and activities.
The Coconut Grove, our Festival Central, is located at Ylang Ylang Beach Resort and is alive
with activity throughout the day, offering coconut water (pipas), vendor booths, mini workshops of many kinds, music, dance, and art classes. Culinary demonstrations and talks by world-famous
raw food experts are conducted at both our hotel locations.

We chose the beautiful Ylang Ylang Beach Resort, formally know as El Sano Banano Hotel (The Healthy Banana), located on a beautiful white sandy beach. It's
a 10-minute beach walk from the charming village of Montezuma. Ylang Ylang Beach Resort has an exquisite swimming pool with a cascading waterfall and is surrounded by gardens abundant with ginger flowers.
You'll feel like you're in Paradise. This is our festival headquarters, where most events take place throughout the day, and the place to meet new friends at the Coconut Grove.
